Some examples of current and recent projects:

• Assembly of office furniture and manufacture of metalwork parts for a national sales and distribution company.
  
• Engineering Fabrication and Powder Coat Painting Workshop. Our range currently includes : manufacture of waste skips for local and national customers. security gates, fences and associated products. custodial furniture and hardware for both the internal and external markets.
  
• Manufacture of bespoke uPVC windows and conservatories in a partnership operation with local industry.

Many of the above industrial operations provide prisoners with excellent skills that are readily transferable so increasing their opportunities of finding and retaining work after release.

NVQ's are currently being offered in various disciplines.

The workforce within our industrial units participate in a 40 hour working week undertaking a wide range of industrial activities where a combination of individual and team working skills are essential for success. All operatives are given training appropriate to their duties, so that customer and contractual standards in respect of product conformance and quality can be achieved and maintained.
